    Course Duration:2 days per week over one year

    The Subsidiary Diploma in Land-Based Technology offers the opportunity to study elements of the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Land-Based Technology qualification part-time. Rather than completing 18 units, as required when taking the Extended Diploma, candidates study 6 units for the Subsidiary Diploma.


    Entry Requirements


    It is essential that your Initial Assessment results show that you are working towards Level 2. You will also need to have achieved one of the following:

    •   4 GCSEs at grades A-C, including English, Maths and Science

    •   GNVQ Intermediate

    •   NVQ Level 2

    •   BTEC First Diploma

    •   City and Guilds National Certificate or equivalent
