    Supported Learning

Our Supported Learning programmes are delivered through our Foundation Learning department.  On these courses, students learn across a wide range of subject areas which include agriculture, animal care, catering, conservation, construction, floristry, functional skills, horse care, horticulture, independent living skills, personal development, recycling and woodwork. Some of the subject areas are compulsory and some are optional.

All learning encourages the development of essential life and work skills and students build up their understanding of the world of work by working in our own E3 Cafe and enterprise area. This will help prepare students to find future work.

"I would definitely recommend Bicton College to other students.  My experience here has been amazing.  The best part is probably meeting friends as the College is fairly small and you get to know people quickly.  The staff are also very helpful and friendly, particularly the Welfare Team.  Bicton College has the most amazing campus and I feel really at home here."

    Emma Blyth, Foundation Learning

"I chose this course as it gives a taste of lots of different courses and the support is great"

    Tyler Beer, Foundation Learning
