Heritage and Botanic Gardens (20 credits towards a foundation degree)

This is an exciting opportunity to visit and learn about the history of exemplary gardens and landscapes, some of which are in private ownership, and discover the rich history of garden making in England throughout the centuries since the Middle Ages.  You will join other students following the Foundation Degree programme for 12 days and will be assessed by written assignments and an exam worth 20 credits. (360 credits make up a full degree).  This course is perfect for keen horticulturalists who wish to continue their personal development or keen amateur gardeners who are passionate about their hobby.   The course fee does not include travel and admission to gardens.
