Part-time & Short Courses

Course details:

You will: 

• Learn how and why we clip and trim horses
•  Work with different types of clippers and learn how to maintain them.
• Have a go at clipping and learn the different types of clips you can give your horse.
• Also you will learn how to trim feathers, legs, tails and pull manes and tails to ensure your horse always looks smart and presentable for any occasion.

If you would like to bring your horse and or your clippers along to practice with that is fine or you can use one of our horses and our clippers.

Entry requirements:

None - but sturdy boots, overalls and some horse handling experience is recommended.
