• Established as an agricultural college in 1947, we have approximately 280 residential students. We are pleased to offer our commercial customers a range of accommodation options outside of term time – during the Easter, Whitsun, Summer and Autumn breaks.

    Ensuite Rooms
     We have 112 ensuite rooms set in two-storey blocks of 16.  Each room has a private shower, toilet and sink. Shared kitchen facilities are available on each floor. Access to the block is controlled by a key fob.

     

    Single Study Rooms
    There are 64 single study rooms set in two storey blocks of 8. There is a communal bathroom on each floor. Shared kitchen facilities are available on each floor. Access to the block is controlled by a key fob.

     

    Family Accommodation
    In Bicton House there are a range of family rooms accommodating 2 – 4 persons on the first floor with shared shower and bathroom facilities. Each room is individually locked and access to the floor is controlled by a key fob.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights.
    2. VAT-exclusive rates may be available to organisations that qualify as an “eligible” body as defined by the VAT Act 1994 Schedule 9 Group 6. Confirmation of qualification is required.

    4. Details of your booking will be recorded on an Event Booking Form. A non-returnable deposit payment will be required to secure your reservation.
    5. Bookings are subject to the Bicton College Terms and Conditions for Events which are available on request and included in our Event Booking Form.
    6. The Final Number of Guests must be notified at least 3 weeks prior to the Start Date.
    7. Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to the Start Date. For full details of our payment terms, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

  • We can offer reductions for children under 12 and for groups of 32 or more. A minimum of 2 night stay applies.
