• Originally planted in the 1830s, our arboretum has an exciting and rare collection of trees and shrubs rich in botanical interest.

    The College grounds and gardens are set among the fields and woodlands of East Devon, containing many unusual plants which flourish in its sheltered surroundings.

    With horticultural treasures from all over the world the gardens are a plant lover’s paradise at any time of year.

    The College is host to the National Collection of Pittosporum planted amidst colourful beds and borders. The red brick mansion house commands a view across historic English Heritage Grade 1 listed parkland stretching towards Bicton Lake.
