The Level 3 Work Based Diploma in Horse Management is ideal for those who have achieved the Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).

You have achieved the Level 2 qualification or equivalent and wish to further your career with horses.
You will need to be 16 year's old or above and already hold an Equine related qualification at Level 2 or equivalent.
You will need to have 4 GCSE's at grade C and above to include maths and English.
You should be able to confidently secure a position in walk, trot and canter and should have experience of riding, jumping and looking after stabled horses.
There is a 13 stone weight limit.
If you are regularly riding and looking after stabled horses, this would be an advantage.

- Riding boots
- Yard boots e.g. wellies
- Wet weather gear
- Body protector needed for jumping and hacking rough
Uniform is available.
This course is intensive and requires dedication to all aspects of horse management throughout the year.
Your riding ability to be assessed at interview.
It is compulsory to have a 1 day work placement per week.
