PROFILE

Tim McQuillen-Wright Costume & Set Designer

On completion of his graphic design course Tim went to university to study theatre design. He is now a set and costume designer and has worked on a wide range of theatre productions including Shrek, Ghost, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Wizard of Oz, Moulin Rouge and many more.
“The skills of analysing a brief, presenting ideas and collaborating with peers and specialist artists, are all vital elements of my work now and the basis of those skills was learned during my time at Cornwall College. The freedom to explore on this course was such a change from the strictly regulated learning I’d experienced up until this point and the quality of my fellow students’ work was a great inspiration.”
