PROFILE

Leah Jensen Ceramics Artist

After completing the art and design course Leah went on to study contemporary crafts at Falmouth University, which is where she developed a method of incorporating European Renaissance paintings into her ceramics. Since then Leah’s work has featured in Elle Decoration magazine and she regularly exhibits in The New Craftsmen gallery in London.
“If it wasn’t for the encouragement of my tutors at college I would not have had the confidence to go on to higher education. I learnt the basic techniques in a huge range of materials, which meant I had a head start at university. The art history lessons were massively inspirational and played a huge part in what I research for my work today.”
