A-level Spanish

Cornwall College St Austell LEVEL: 3 A-levels

When you choose Spanish as one of your subjects, you will build on the skills you have acquired at GCSE level. You will continue to practise listening, reading, speaking and writing and will develop these skills to an advanced level. In addition to language content, you will also study different topic areas and foreign language films. An exciting element of your second year study is production of a research based essay on your chosen topic: maybe a region of Spain or another Spanish-speaking country, a particular film or book or of a period in Latin American or Spanish history.
