This is a stand alone module from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Professional Diploma course. It recognises the significance of situation analysis and introduces techniques for assessing external and internal environments to enable effective decision making. It outlines the importance of all stages within the marketing planning process, from audit, through strategic decision making, to implementation of plans. Including how to manage resources, monitoring and measurement techniques that enable the achievement of the strategic marketing objectives.
There is also a £50 membership and assessment fee, payable to CIM, required to complete this qualification.
