You will develop an understanding of professional selling over the phone and how to identify, develop and close the sale.
Delegates will learn the skills required in order to identify your customer’s buying requirements, promote benefits and features of your organisation’s products or services, and respond to and resolve customer and gatekeeper objections.

Upon successful completion of this qualification you will then be able to progress onto the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Sales or a further ISMM level 2 qualification.
