If you want to work front of house within a hospitality environment, or want a rounded knowledge of both front of house and the kitchen that will enable you to look at more senior positions in the industry, this course is designed for you. Perfect for those who seek employment in a restaurant or hotel setting, you will cover all areas including; food safety, legislation, menu design, handling payments, hot drink service, bar skills and customer service.

Claire Winkler-Irons Trevenson Restaurant Manager
Claire has over 15 years' experience in the hospitality and catering industry, working as a restaurant consultant and then as part of the management team at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall restaurant. Claire decided to turn her attention to the world of education and now runs Cornwall College's Trevenson Restaurant that is open to the general public, alongside a team of eight chef lecturers, delivery education and training from level 1 to foundation degree. Claire also has her own catering business, offering unique and bespoke canapes.
