To be working towards a minimum of Level 1 English and Level 1 maths. You’ll also need to enjoy practical work and be keen to try a range of options, as well as focus on developing academic skills such as assignment writing or research skills.
Vocational and academic skills required to access Level 2. In addition, you will build your teamwork skills, develop your self-confidence and improve your English and mathematics.
On-going assessment throughout your course, through practical activities that are focused on your personal, social and vocational learning.
The choice of vocational options that will help you to decide what you want to pursue as a career.
Further study of a specific programme within one of our other specialist curriculum areas, an apprenticeship, voluntary or paid work.
