The majority of supervisors’ skills and knowledge are the same but supervisors may specialise in specific functions or work across a variety of functions which reflect the multi-functional nature of the industry.

This course is perfect for those looking to work in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry or those already working and would like to further their knowledge.
Four GCSE's at grade D or 3, including English and mathematics, a related apprenticeship or a Level 2 qualification, although prior relevant experience will be considered.
The overall apprenticeship training provision focuses on enhancing the learner's ability to practice specialist industry skills and to consistently demonstrate appropriate levels of competence. This is delivered with the ongoing support of our dedicated team members, offering guidance to both the learner and the employer.
You’ll progress through core hospitality modules relating to customer, business, people and leadership.
Hospitality team members must also choose an additional specialism from the following operational areas; Food and Beverage Supervisor, Bar Supervisor, House Keeping Supervisor, Concierge Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, Events Supervisor and Hospitality Outlet Supervisor.
To be assessed on your Knowledge and Understanding (Know it), on your Skills (Show it) and your behaviours (Live it) as a Hospitality Supervisor.
The apprenticeship is primarily undertaken at the learner's workplace, with college attendance through block or day release.
