If you’re looking to take your first steps towards a career in the world of hospitality, this Level 2 course could be the right choice for you.  On this one year course you will learn a wide variety of key subject areas including; preparing, planning and cooking, front office services, marketing and promotion, planning and running an event, managing finances, barista skills, menu planning and health & safety. Claire Winkler-Irons Trevenson Restaurant Manager

Claire has over 15 years' experience in the hospitality and catering industry, working as a restaurant consultant and then as part of the management team at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall restaurant. Claire decided to turn her attention to the world of education and now runs Cornwall College's Trevenson Restaurant that is open to the general public, alongside a team of eight chef lecturers, delivery education and training from level 1 to foundation degree. Claire also has her own catering business, offering unique and bespoke canapes.
