This course will help provide some useful tips and activities you can do from home to promote wellbeing.
This is particularly important as we cope with the current circumstances and the stress of daily life.

What You Will Learn
We will cover a range of useful tips and techniques you can take away and do at home including
- Guided nature walks
- Basic Art techniques for relaxation
- The benefits of Yoga and meditation
- Basic horticulture for home gardeners
Please note: This course is for adults 19+.
