This course will help provide some useful tips and activities you can do from home to promote wellbeing.
This is particularly important as we cope with the current circumstances where may of us cannot see the people we love and are restricted to remaining within our homes.
There is strong evidence that indicates that feeling close to, and valued by, other people is a fundamental human need and one that contributes to functioning well in the world.
It’s clear that social relationships are critical for promoting wellbeing and for acting as a buffer against mental ill health for people of all ages. We will touch on factors such as staying active and being mindful to promote positive wellbeing to help you cope in difficult situations.
This course will run from 09:00-16:00.
Please note: this course is available for applicants aged 19+ only.
