Agriculture Certificate

Bicton College | Duchy College Bicton | Rosewarne | Stoke Climsland LEVEL: 2 Agriculture & Countryside Management

Agriculture is arguably the most important industry in the world and without the food, clothing and fibres it provides, we simply wouldn’t survive. Now an industry with highly-mechanised processes, employment in this sector goes beyond farm workers and managers to engineers, consultants and scientists.

We offer three options for you to gain a career in the agricultural industry depending on your GCSE results. Our Level 3 course offers you the choice of university study or employment on successful completion of your course. Our Level 2 and Level 1 courses are ideal should your GCSEs not be what you expected, with the option to progress to Level 2 or Level 3.

This is a full-time course for anyone who wants a broad introduction to the agricultural industry. Throughout the course you will develop skills and knowledge in a range of farming disciplines and technologies.
