This is a 3 day course suitable for management roles which covers concepts of HACCP. The course gives candidates an understanding of and the ability to apply HACCP principles practically in order to ensure effective food safety.
Cost: £350 per person (in house cost £2250 for up to 5 participants plus £11 for each extra candidate up to a maximum of 8).
