Raoul has worked at the College in a variety of roles including finance, development, Head of College and more recently Deputy Chief Executive.
Raoul was born in St. Ives and attended secondary education at Humphry Davy School in Penzance. After spending several years in the Armed forces serving in the Royal Artillery he went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in the SE of England. As well as traditional accountancy work Raoul specialised in Corporate Recovery.
Alongside his role at the College Raoul is Managing Director of the Concorde Group; a Director and Trustee of both Pool Academy and The Cornwall Food Foundation; and a member of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Employment and Skills Board.
Raoul is married with five children and enjoys living and making the most of the natural environment in the West of Cornwall.
